Whether your circumstances have changed, or the CareHub isn't the right fit, we understand. Returning your device is straightforward, and our team is here to help at every step.

How returns work

Step 1: Fill in the returns form. This gives us the details to initiate the return process. Step 2: Print the barcode. We will send you an email with confirmation and a barcode to print and stick onto the package. Step 3: Send us the product. Take your package to the post office and they will take care of the rest, with no further costs for you.
