Lumin OneTouch

A simplified interface for the CareHub, designed to assist people living with dementia, as well as the families and carers who support them. A single touch of the screen to access calls, messages, photos, and favourite radio stations. Nothing more. Nothing confusing. OneTouch is not a separate device; it's a software setting on the same CareHub hardware.

OneTouch Calls: tap a face to call. Inbound calls from unknown numbers are blocked automatically. Auto-answer ensures the phone is always available. OneTouch Messaging: receive messages from family, friends, and carers. Reply with a single touch using pre-set responses, no typing required. Medication Reminders: timely on-screen alerts, and if a dose is missed, notifications are sent to family and carers through the Supporters App.

Family Photo Sharing

Family upload photos through the Supporters App, and they appear on the screen automatically. A shared gallery of memories, always visible. Photos also display as a screensaver. Can be activated on any existing CareHub at any time as a user's needs change.
