Funding & Eligibility
Government funding may help cover some or all of the cost.
In November 2025, the Australian Government introduced Support at Home - a new program replacing the old Home Care Package system. If your loved one has been assessed for support at home, the Lumin CareHub and its services may be funded across several categories within this program. Different parts of what Lumin delivers are covered under different categories - and your loved one may be eligible across more than one.
Your loved one's care provider or assessor can help identify the right funding mix based on their support plan and assessed needs. Here's how the different parts of Lumin may be covered.
Other funding pathways
The Lumin CareHub may also be accessible through other Australian Government and state-based programs, including NDIS, DVA, CHSP, and GEAT. Eligibility and claiming arrangements vary - get in touch and we'll help you work out what applies.
