    What's in the CareHub box?

    Last updated 28 July 2026

When the CareHub arrives, you'll find a single, simple box with everything you need to get started.

    What's included

    • The CareHub itself — a 15.6-inch touchscreen device with an integrated stand.
    • A power adapter — a single cable that plugs into the back of the CareHub at one end, and a standard wall outlet at the other.
    • Quick reference card — a small printed card with the most useful basics.
    • Optional peripherals — if your order includes a pendant or other connected device, those arrive in the same box (or alongside it). The box does not contain a wall mount, batteries, an Ethernet cable, or installation tools. The CareHub is designed to sit on a flat surface — the stand is built in. Wall-mounting is possible (VESA mount option) but isn't supplied as standard. Ethernet cabling, where required, is arranged through the installation visit.

What if something is missing or damaged?

If you've opened the box and something looks wrong:

    • Visible damage to the CareHub, adapter, or peripherals — take a photo, set the items aside, and contact Lumin Support before doing anything else. We'll arrange a replacement.
    • Something missing that should have been included — same thing. Contact Lumin Support.
    • Something extra that you weren't expecting — could be intentional (the home setup visit covers personalisation). Mention it during the install visit or call Lumin Support if you're unsure. Don't try to "make it work" with a missing or damaged piece. Lumin would rather replace it than have you struggle.

    Keep the box

It's worth keeping the original box for at least the first 30 days. If anything needs to be returned — for an exchange, repair, or cancellation — the original packaging makes the courier return easier. After 30 days, the box can go to recycling. Lumin doesn't require it long-term.
