How do I download the Lumin Supporters App?

The Lumin Supporters App is free, available on both iPhone (iOS) and Android phones. There are two ways to find and install it.

From the invitation SMS

When you're invited as a Supporter on someone's CareHub, you receive an SMS containing a download link.

Tap the link in the SMS.
A page opens with buttons for the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android). Tap whichever applies to your phone.
You'll be taken to the Lumin Supporters App page on your store.
Tap Get (iPhone) or Install (Android) to download.
Once it's downloaded, tap Open. You can then log in using the mobile number that received the invite. There's a separate article on the login process if you need it.

Searching the store directly

If you've missed the SMS, or want to install on a new phone:

iPhone: open the App Store, search for Lumin Supporters App, then tap Get.
Android: open the Google Play Store, search for Lumin Supporters App, then tap Install. After installing, log in using the mobile number Lumin has on file for you. If you're not sure whether that's the right number, contact Lumin Support and we'll confirm.

Requirements

Lumin supports the two most recent major versions of iOS and Android. If your phone is on a current or recent OS, you'll be fine. If your phone is on a significantly older OS, the app store may flag the Lumin Supporters App as unavailable for your device — in which case it's worth updating your phone's OS or, if that's not possible, talking to Lumin Support about alternatives. Most phones from the last several years run a supported OS without anything needing to change.

If you didn't receive an invitation SMS

You're only able to log in to the Supporters App if you've been added as a Supporter on someone's CareHub. If you haven't received an invite, either:

The CareHub user (or another existing Supporter) hasn't added you yet — ask them to do this, or to call Lumin Support to help.
The invite was sent but the SMS didn't arrive — Lumin Support can re-send it.
