How do I find Lumin TV video tutorials?

Lumin TV is a small library of short videos on the CareHub — including step-by-step tutorials for using the device itself. Useful if you'd like a visual walk-through of a feature, or you'd like to refresh how something works.

Finding the tutorials

1. On the CareHub home screen, tap the Entertainment tile.
2. Tap Lumin TV.
3. Look for the Tutorials category (or How to use Lumin, depending on your CareHub's version).
4. Tap a tutorial to play. Each tutorial is short — usually 1 to 3 minutes — and covers a single thing. Common tutorial topics include:

• Making a video call
• Sending and receiving messages
• Viewing photos and the slideshow
• Using the calendar and reminders
• Adjusting volume and settings
• Using the Dial Pad
• Other CareHub features The list of tutorials may grow over time. New tutorials are added automatically — no updates needed.

Sharing tutorials with a Supporter

There isn't a feature to share a Lumin TV tutorial directly to a Supporter's phone. If a Supporter would like to know what's available, they can:

• Ask the CareHub user to show them on the device
• Ask Lumin Support to share the tutorial content directly
