Can I share my Google or iCloud calendar with the CareHub?

    Last updated 28 July 2026

External calendar sharing — Google Calendar, iCloud, and other personal calendars — is not currently available as a feature on the CareHub. It may be reintroduced at a later stage, but it isn't supported right now. If you'd like specific events to appear on a CareHub user's device, the alternative is to add them one at a time as reminders through the Lumin Supporters App. That gives you control over what shows up, and a reminder set this way will appear on the CareHub at the right time.

    What to do instead

For events the CareHub user needs to know about:

    • Open the Lumin Supporters App
    • Tap Reminders (or the equivalent on your version)
    • Tap Add a reminder
    • Enter the event details — title, date, time, any notes
    • Save The reminder appears on the CareHub at the scheduled time. There's a separate article on setting reminders that walks through this in more detail.

    Why it's not currently available

The previous calendar sharing flow had limitations that made it unreliable for the audience Lumin serves. Rather than keep a feature that didn't always work, Lumin retired it. If and when calendar sharing returns, it'll be in a form that's robust enough to recommend.

    Will it come back?

It's on the list of things Lumin may build, but there's no committed timeline. If you'd like to be notified if and when it's available, mention it to Lumin Support and we'll add you to the notification list.
