How do I view past notifications from the CareHub?

When the Lumin Supporters App sends you a notification — an alert, a message, an update — and you don't see it at the time, you can usually still find it later. Where exactly depends on your phone.

Notifications inside the Supporters App

The Supporters App itself has a notifications view:

1. Open the Lumin Supporters App.
2. Tap the bell icon (usually lower-right of the home screen).
3. You'll see your notifications, with the most recent at the top. From here you can:

• See unread notifications (often marked in some way)
• Tap any notification to open the related content (an alert, a message, a calendar event)
• Mark all as read

Past notifications on iPhone (iOS)

If a notification has been dismissed from the lock screen and you'd like to find it again:

1. From your iPhone Home Screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
2. This opens the Notification Centre.
3. Scroll back through to find past Lumin notifications.
4. Tap to open. iOS shows recent notifications grouped by app. You'll typically see Lumin notifications grouped together.

Past notifications on Android

Android handles notifications a little differently — and the way you access notification history depends on your phone make and Android version. The general approach:

1. Pull down from the top of the screen to see current notifications.
2. To see past (cleared) notifications, you may need to enable Notification History in your phone settings. On most Android phones:
   • Open Settings.
   • Tap Notifications.
   • Tap Notification History and enable it.
   • From now on, dismissed notifications are kept for 24 hours. Some Android phones also let you add a Notification Log widget to the home screen for quick access — search for "Notification log" or "Notification history" in your phone's instructions.

What if you've missed something important

If you suspect you've missed an emergency alert or an important notification:

• Check the bell icon in the Supporters App — it usually retains the notification history even after the phone has cleared it.
• If you still can't find it, contact Lumin Support — we can check whether an alert was sent.

Stopping missed notifications happening again

If you regularly find yourself missing notifications:

• Check your phone's notification settings for the Lumin Supporters App — make sure all notification types are enabled.
• Check Do Not Disturb settings aren't silencing Lumin.
