How do I find and join Groups on the CareHub?

Groups are for people who are part of a Lumin community — typically a retirement village. They're the walking group, the book club, the craft circle: whatever your community runs. If your community has Groups set up, you can browse what's on and join the ones that interest you, straight from the CareHub.

Opening Groups

There are two ways in:

• Tap the Community button — the two-person icon
• Or, under Recreation, choose Discover Groups Both take you to the same place.

Finding a group

At the top of the screen there are two tabs:

• My Groups — the groups you've already joined
• All Groups — everything available in your community Tap All Groups to see what's on offer. Tap the name of any group to open it and read more about it.

Joining

1. Tap the name of the group you'd like to join.
2. Tap the orange Join Group button. That's it — the group now appears under My Groups.

If you can't see Groups

Groups depends on being part of a Lumin community and on that community having the feature turned on. If you don't see the option, or All Groups is empty, the most likely reasons are:

• You're using Lumin at home rather than as part of a village or community
• Your community hasn't set up any groups yet If you're in a village and think Groups should be there, your village staff are the people to ask — they manage what appears.
