Installation & Onboarding
We set up, personalise, and test every CareHub before it leaves our office. When it arrives at the home, our team, or a village team trained by us, installs it, certifies every connection and emergency protocol, and doesn't leave until the user is comfortable. And if they need a refresher, we're always happy to come back.
The Process
Consultation: we explore how the user would like to set up their device. Set up: every CareHub is configured in our office, hardware tested, software installed. Provisioning and personalisation: contacts, entertainment preferences, reminders, photos configured before delivery. Installation: we install the device in the home. Certification: every connection is verified live. Onboarding and training: workshops and individual sessions so every user is comfortable. Aftercare: our team remains actively engaged.
