How it works

Get invited: your loved one invites you from their CareHub screen. Download the free Supporters App on your iPhone or Android phone. Start calling, sharing photos, sending messages, and setting reminders, directly to their CareHub screen. Set reminders for appointments, medications, and important dates, gently keeping them on track. Get notified if a reminder is missed.

Receive updates, alerts & visibility

Receive notifications about wellness, daily activity, and important events. Contact the Lumin support team directly on behalf of your loved one. Manage contacts, adjust preferences, and configure certain CareHub settings remotely.
